Booking with REVIVE HAWAII is easy! Follow the steps below to book your service!
- Click on the “Book Now” tab above or the "Book Now" button below
- Choose your desired service (please call, text, or email to confirm availability)
- You will be redirected to the Hydreight booking website/app (ensure your location services are turned on; you will not be able to proceed if this is not enabled)
- Schedule your appointment
- Complete the required service forms and consents
- Book a telehealth consultation with an MD (this quick exam, under 15 minutes, is required before your service and remains valid for 6 months)
- Finalize your booking
- REVIVE HAWAII will come to your location to provide your service.
